Easy access to York University, Seneca@York, and Centennial College (Downsview Campus). TTC bus #101 stops at the corner of the park, just a one-minute walk from the home, with convenient connections to Downsview Park Station and Wilson Station, as well as easy access to downtown Toronto and the Financial District.

Conveniently located near Costco, Walmart, Metro, No Frills, pharmacies, banks, the public library, Humber River Hospital, and Yorkdale Shopping Centre. A full-service Asian supermarket nearby offers a wide selection of groceries and freshly prepared meals. T&T Supermarket also offers home delivery to the area.

All bedrooms are located on floors 2–4, providing added privacy and a comfortable living environment. The available room is a large, bright 4th-floor ensuite with a private bathroom, park views, and a King-size bed.

Shared spaces include the kitchen and living area on the main floor, as well as laundry facilities in the basement. These areas are shared with other tenants and the homeowner in a quiet household setting.

Basic cookware, dishes, and kitchen utensils are available for tenant use.

This is a quiet and clean townhouse shared with the homeowner. All bedrooms are located on the second through fourth floors, separate from the common areas on the main floor, and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Two female students currently live here.
