I ask for bank statement and a reference (employment or landlord) before any move ins, I have a very transparent and easy to read contract that I will need you to sign agreeing to pay on time every month if you want to stay. I am a pretty laid back guy and have a video of the apartment if you ask for one. Looking for a move in by August.
