I ask for bank statement and a reference (employment or landlord) before any move ins, I have a very transparent and easy to read contract that I will need you to sign agreeing to pay on time every month if you want to stay. I am a pretty laid back guy and have a video of the apartment if you ask for one. Please come by for a viewing so we can meet in person, look forward to meeting you :)

I have very quiet hobbies, drawing, editing, etc. I usually don’t have guests and I am usually working during 9 to 5 and looking for people with a similar schedule so we don’t bother each other during night time, I am an early riser early sleeper. Laid back guy, if you need anything just ask
