This is a first floor SW corner condo with a green outlook. Central - only a few minutes to downtown Mission, stores etc. It’s on a transit route and walking distance to Heritage Park. Very tastefully decorated. The whole condo is about 1,000 sq ft. I have another place close by so you would often have the condo to yourself. All utilities are included. There is a shared bathroom and a common shared laundry. There is also a common patio area where you can have a small greenhouse to grow your own veggies. The building is very well maintained, it is primarily adult-oriented, and clear. All furniture in my suite is very tasteful (mid century modern), and the people in the building are friendly. The building is dog/cat friendly - but I would prefer no pets. I am also open to students, and visiting faculty.

I own this condo and am looking for someone to rent for 6 months to a year. I would like someone who does not drink, smoke or toke. I am a single woman in her sixties. Quiet with a low to no social life (at the moment) - don’t worry - I have been told I have a good sense of humor! I have not had a roommate since pre-college days, but I’m up for it!
