The location is excellent — just a 2‑minute walk to Market LRT Station, with many bus routes, parks, trails, and downtown all close by. It’s also a convenient spot for anyone attending college or university, including the University of Waterloo.
Current roommates are guys 25–35 range and are a mix of people who work or study. We’re simply looking for someone who will be a good fit with the household, so when you reach out, please share a bit about yourself.
Parking is available for an additional $75/month. The homeowner or one of the roommates can show you around once we set up an appointment.
