You would also have almost exclusive use of a 4 pc bathroom upstairs. Bedroom is available furnished with a double bed and a dresser. Pictures show how previous tenant furnished it with their own desk. Sitting room is furnished with couches, coffee table, and a tv stand (no tv). Our last child recently moved out and we have a lot of space! We have rented to a student for the past two years. We only rent one room to a student, so you would have a lot of privacy and space to yourself.
