About the room

Fully furnished private room in a bright 3-bedroom 2.5- bathroom duplex. Easy access to major roads and transit. 1/2 a block to bus stop to VIU. Parking in driveway. Walking distance to North Town Centre mall, indoor climbing room, to 2 lakes, hiking/biking trails and more. Shared laundry, living room, and kitchen ( you have your own fridge). Share upstairs full bathroom with occasional guests (landlord has her own bathroom). Bright 2nd story room with double bed with storage under, dresser, desk, night stand, and double closet. Can supply bedding and towels or bring your own.

Grandmother of 2 grandkids that visit, but otherwise quiet home. Last tenant was with me for 5 years ( moved in when he was 17)
