To keep our home safe and secure for everyone, we use a straightforward screening process: • A standard 1-year Ontario lease agreement is required. • Applicants must provide a university enrollment letter or proof of employment/income, along with standard references. • MANDATORY POLICY: All applicants must tour the property in person before any formal agreements. We do not accept remote digital cheque photos under any circumstances. First and last month deposits are handled safely via secure Interac e-Transfer or a certified bank draft at the time of lease signing.
