I’m an active senior and the owner of a local business. I lead a healthy, quiet lifestyle and enjoy staying physically active through running, cycling, walking, and working out.

I keep the third bedroom as a guest room so that my adult children have a place to stay when they’re home from university. They visit occasionally, but don’t live here.

I’m sober, a non-smoker, and this is a non-smoking building. I don’t have any pets and prefer to keep the condo clean, organized, and well maintained.

I’m also a part-time University of Toronto student, so you’ll often find me reading or studying when I’m not working. Home is a place to relax and recharge, and I’m looking for a roommate who appreciates a calm, respectful, and drama-free living environment.

I’m friendly and easy to get along with, and I value open communication, consideration for shared spaces, and respecting each other’s privacy.
