The room has a 4 pc ensuite bathroom, large closets, bed, desk and your own balcony.

The condo is tastefully furnished, very clean, and includes high-speed internet and in-suite laundry.

The building has an indoor pool, gym, sauna, and more. Parking is available ($100/month)

Near Coronation Park and the waterfront trails, you will be a short walk to grocery stores, the library, cafés, restaurants, shops. TTC streetcar service is a block away, with easy access to Union Station. Billy Bishop Airport is a short walk away.

About the roomies

I’m a mature (+50) single dad sharing my condo with my young adult son. We’re friendly and independent and keep a clean, relaxed and comfortable home.

I’m active, sober, a non-smoker, I work full time. We’re looking for a student who would enjoy a welcoming, respectful home while still having plenty of independence and privacy. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who needs a place for the full academic year.
