Hey I am starting the hunt for a new roommate in sylvan lake, I have the second bedroom of a 2 bed, 2 bath (availability is flexible) Rent, utilities and high speed internet would be $950 a month. I have one friendly cat and the apartment is fully furnished other than the bed/bath. Let me know if you are interested!
