Looking for one female roommate to share a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse apartment in a quiet, well-maintained low-rise building in the desirable Hastings-Sunrise / Burnaby Heights neighbourhood.

Rent: $1,550/month per person

The apartment features:

You will be sharing the apartment with one existing female roommate in her early 30s who is a working professional. She is clean, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with, and is looking for someone with similar values who will help maintain a peaceful and comfortable home.
