I’m teaming up with a friend to start a one-year lease on September 1st in a brand-new condo at 609 Sherbourne. It’s never been lived in and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and about 1,100 sq ft.
Each bedroom has plenty of space, and we can still decide together who gets which one. The nice thing is that all three bedrooms have their own closet and proper space.
I’m 27 years old, I work in logistics, and I love working out. I’ll also be starting my master’s this fall, so we probably won’t see each other all that much, but I’m very friendly and I’d love for us to become friends!
The other girl is Gaby—she’s 23 and just graduated with a degree in Economics from U of T. super chill and respectful!
We both speak English and Spanish.
