This room has zero cigarette smoking inside or outside as it is on a Mennonite-frequented farm. It includes a good sized bedroom facing North and pretty much a private room beside it with a 9x9 balcony for your tv room/computer. I would need access to the balcony occasionally but otherwise its a 2-for-1 room. ONE OCCUPANT ONLY. I have my own toilet on the main floor and only need the bathroom up there for showers/bathing. I pretty much live on the main floor (control heat/cooling costs) so it would be very private for you up there. Open to people on ODSP. Streamers with no need to leave the house daily may be ideal during the blustering winter. Getting out of the laneway early mornings can be a challenge in the winter without 4x4. I have a cat and an elderly dog, hence no pets. Very 420 friendly (always have extra around).

It’s just myself. I run my own online business (Amazon, WalMart, online store) after shutting down my hydroponic retail store. Approaching 50, single, stick to myself, stream. I have a few part time jobs in Stratford, primarily in the evenings. Not a clinger. I like my space and privacy, hence I live primarily on the main floor and you get some upstairs rooms.
