This apartment is great. It is close to a metro (Pie IX) . It has a washer / dryer in unit (no shared laundromat) . It has central AC. Cat friendly and possibly open to renting to someone with a dog.

The landlord accepts cats and might be open to certain dogs.

He does a background check so only people willing to fill out a rental application should apply. (Just basic info like your previous landlord’s number, some proof of income, picture ID)

This apartment is close to lots of cafés, a library, a CLSC, grocery stores, two thrift stores, etc.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out. This will be a lease transfer starting August 1st. Lease will end June 30th 2027 but you can decide in February if you want to renew.

There’s also a public outdoor pool a couple blocks away and the historic Marché Maissoneuve! Oh and of course the Olympic stadium, botanical gardens, and biodome are all a 10-15 min walk away
