Shared basement of 2300 sqft, with private bedroom and semi-private bathroom (mostly for the bath and small storage). Full kitchen, living room area with a tv and Wii U set up. Bell Fiber internet available for $50 /month. Right around the corner from line 5, and a 15 minute walk or less to Cedarvale station. NoFrills within walking distance, as well as plenty of restaurants. Right near a park and walking trail.
