Centrally located in the Main Street - Science World area, walking distance to Sea Wall, Downtown (15 min), Gastown, Olympic Village (5min), Mount Pleasant, and Chinatown as well as groceries (T&T, Urban Fare, London Drugs, Costco). A block away from Skytrain station, major bus lines, and popular restaurants and bars.

I am a professor and I am renting out the room while my son is away at university. I prefer a student or postdoc or professional looking for temporary housing. I am quiet and work from home most of the days. The right fit is the most important factor. The rent can be adjusted for someone who needs a place to stay but not every day of the week.
