You’d have the basement to yourself. It has a large rec room and the bedroom is the equivalent of 2 since the separating wall has been removed. You also have access to a full bathroom. The house is about a minute drive from St. Vital mall, it’s near bus routes on Dakota Street, and there are many nearby groceries and restaurants.

I own the house and I am the only one living in it. It’s difficult to live on your own in a house in this economy, so having a roommate will help my financial situation. I am a clean and organized person. I tend to keep to myself. I’m a teacher, so I’m usually busy with extracurriculars.
