About the room
I’m looking for a roommate to share the place I found with me. The landlady is nice and accommodating.
It’s a basement suite, the landlady’s family lives above (family of 5 - children from 7 to 13).
- damage deposit of 525$
- everything is included (hydro / electricity/ heat and eventually internet but if the signal is too weak we’ll have to get our own modem). We have access to the washer and dryer whenever they are available.
- bedsheets / towels / cutlery and cooking utensils available but no dishwasher
- not pet friendly (the family is allergic) and it’s a non-smoking property.
About the roomies
I’m 34, French and I’ll arrive in Victoria on September 3rd. I’ll work as a French teaching assistant in an Elementary school. I’m clean, calm and I like to chat but I also value my privacy and I’ll respect yours.
