About the room

Welcome to our townhouse at 9 Carl Shepway! We currently have three rooms available—two on the second floor and one basement room. They are available because our current housemates are relocating for new job opportunities. CATs and DOGs owners are welcome !

The house has 2 shared bathrooms, so you’ll only be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate. Shared spaces include a spacious kitchen on the main floor, a comfortable common area, and a washer and dryer in the basement. Two Refrigerators in the house so you dont have worry about spaces for groceries. There is also 1 parking spot currently available. Utilizes are not included except Wifi, around $60-70 additional per month for all utilizes including hydro and gas.

The location is excellent for commuters. It’s only a 6-minute walk to Leslie TTC Subway Station and about 5 minutes by bus to Fairview Mall at Don Mills Station. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and peaceful, with grocery stores, restaurants, North York IKEA and other everyday amenities nearby. Whether you drive or rely on public transit, getting around is easy and convenient.

About the roomies

One female and one male will still remain living in the townhouse. We’re friendly, respectful, and easygoing, and we enjoy keeping the house clean, quiet, and comfortable for everyone. We are also animals person that welcome any new housemates with pets !
