We are right on the bus line at Upper Kenilworth and Mohawk Rd E. Right across from the Mohawk Sports Complex where the Hamilton Cardinals play baseball. We are 10 minutes from Limeridge Mall and close to access for downtown. There is laundry facilities in basement of apartment building. Building is very clean and quiet. Parking is available across the street at the park or there is also street parking. Share a bathroom and kitchen.
About the roomies
I am 61, very quiet and keep to myself but very friendly. I have a 2 yr old male cat, Hemi, half Bengal and half Maine Coone. He is fixed but not de-clawed. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor, I and renting out the second bedroom.
