A HUGE 300+ sqft ft master bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony is available to sublet starting August 1.
The room is part of a beautiful 3,500 sq ft semi-detached home in St. James Town, located less than a 30-second walk from Sherbourne Station The house itself has a fully furnished shared living room with plenty of plants and a TV, open concept dining room, and fully stocked kitchen with an espresso machine, good-quality cookware, and other appliances. In-unit laundry, 12-foot ceilings, large windows, and plenty of natural light. Outside, you’ll find both front and back gardens, an BBQ, herb and vegetable garden, in spacious backyard.
The bedroom includes its own very large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, and its own private balcony. The space is very large and able to accommodate multiple desks, a king bed, book shelves, dressers etc.
If you’re looking for a bright, spacious home with excellent housemates and great transit access, this is a great opportunity.
There are currently three of us living here, all professionals and academics in our late 20s and early 30s. We also have two cats and a dog in the house, both of which are incredibly well trained and friendly. We all get along very well and try to get together to watch TV, play board games, or sit in the backyard garden when possible.
Our preference is for someone wanting to stay long term and invest in creating a good shared space and atmosphere, but short term subleases are also available for the right fit. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out. We look forward to hearing from you!
