It’s right in downtown Ottawa, super convenient for both uOttawa and Carleton students with the LRT and bus stops right outside, plus shops, food, and Parliament Hill a quick walk away. You can take either a private room for $1,300/month or a shared room for $1,150/month. All utilities, high-speed internet, and in-unit laundry are completely included. The apartment itself has a bright living area, eat-in kitchen, and a private balcony with a nice city view. The building also has a gym, indoor pool, rooftop patio, and a games room.
