Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to share this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Guelph. I’m planning to lease this appartment with someone who would be interested in taking the second bedroom. The total rent would be $2400 which will be split two ways.
The apartment would be a great fit for someone who is looking for a clean, comfortable place with a roommate who is easy to get along with. I’m open to getting to know each other beforehand to make sure we’re a good fit as roommates.

I’m a recent UofT graduate and will be starting a full-time job in Guelph. I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and enjoy having a friendly and comfortable home environment. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, playing badminton and boardgames, hiking, cooking, gaming, and occasionally having a relaxed movie night.
