For rental questions, monthly arrangements, and general communication, I will be your main contact.I mainly communicate in Chinese and use translation tools when needed for English communication.

I work together with Sky, who lives in the same community, just a short walk away from the property. He is available for in-person viewings, local assistance, and day-to-day property maintenance when needed.

The house is currently shared with friendly and respectful Lakehead University students and graduates. Some residents are bilingual and can communicate in both English and Chinese.
