Roommates & Language Preference: The house currently has three friendly and responsible tenants (two male students and one female student).

Chinese-speaking roommates are welcome, but not required. Good communication, mutual respect, and a peaceful living environment are highly valued.

Please note: The landlord speaks Chinese and can communicate in English with the assistance of translation tools when needed.

Tenants are responsible for keeping their own rooms clean and sharing responsibility for maintaining common areas.

All roommates are expected to participate in a quarterly deep cleaning to help maintain a clean and comfortable home.

About the Landlord: The landlord is a friendly Chinese-speaking person who does not live in the house but lives in the same neighborhood, only about a 1-minute walk away. If there are any maintenance requests or issues, the landlord can come over and help resolve them promptly. We are looking forward to welcoming one more responsible roommate to join our home!
