Lovely townhouse right downtown within 2 blocks of pool and museum, 4 blocks from library. There is a garage available for roommates because I only do eBike and don’t drive. It’s quiet and a very senior friendly zone.
About the roomies
I am a quiet senior and reasonably clean. I don’t really fuss about being clean, but I like a lean place. I am now a student at Red Deer Polytechnic as a post cancer/retirement project to finish up my second degree. My career was as a municipal and oilfield engineer, and that was all cool, but now I write stories, make videos, and am a student councilor (small-scale politician). I smoke, but we can’t have pets (not allowed) It’s a heck of a nice place. I rented it with my mother, but sadly she had to move into long-term care (she’s 84). I would love to stay here and need a reliable, mature, and sensible roommate.
