Room is private, has its own closet and you would have your own bathroom. You’ll find your self in the basement by the rec room and will feel like your own private apartment as we only come down every so often to the basement. Very cozy. We don’t allow for extra visitors unless of course it’s in the backyard etc. No smoking and no drugs and no pets for now.

I do have to add you would be sharing the kitchen area with my family. We have 3 girls and my kids can get a little loud sometimes. But always in bed early. We are located close to a bus route as well. We are very easy going family. And it would be great to have another english speaker to help my wife with her English as we all speak mostly Spanish at home.
