I have a suite in my home where you can use your own kitchen and bathroom. Large living room and kitchen. It is a 2 bedroom suite but need to keep one room for my business product overflow and would need to access from time to time. Small dog welcome or behaved cat. Large fenced yard and shared laundry available. Room can come furnished or not. Living room has sectional and TV already there. It will be mainly a private suite as mentioned.

I am in the upper suite and am quiet. Have family bbqs from time to time. I have a 17 yr old international student that resides upstairs with me hence requirement for background check. We are happy positive people and would require the same.
