The home is shared with working adults and several cats, so you must be genuinely comfortable living with cats. This is a quiet, structured home and not a party house.

I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, independent, reliable with rent and able to communicate properly with the other people in the home. A working professional or responsible student would be a good fit.

Smoking is outside only. Excessive noise, heavy drinking, drug use and ongoing household drama are not welcome.

Early-Signing Bonus — Nintendo Switch 2

An approved applicant who signs the roommate agreement and pays the required first and last month’s rent anytime between now and August 15, 2026, will receive one new Nintendo Switch 2 upon moving in on October 1, 2026.

The console will be provided at move-in, has no cash value and is limited to one console per roommate agreement. Applicants who cancel or do not move in are not eligible.

Some of the photos are slightly outdated due to a recent job transition. The living-room television and PS5 shown in the photos are no longer available.

There are plans to purchase a new approximately 100-inch television and another PS5 later in 2026 or early 2027. These are planned future upgrades and are not currently included amenities.

There are currently three people living in the house, with the new roommate making four.

I work long hours as a full-time driver, usually around 12 hours a day, while also building and launching my tech company.

TJ works two jobs, stays very busy and mostly keeps to himself.

Mario is an older gentleman who is usually working and will also be taking some time off for surgery and recovery.

Overall, everyone has their own schedule and responsibilities. The house is generally quiet, independent and best suited to someone who is respectful, clean and comfortable living with people who are often busy.
