The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, while still being close to shops, restaurants and public transportation (several bus routes connecting to different metro stations). The apartment: • Bright living room • South-facing balcony overlooking a green alley • Fully equipped kitchen • Washer and dryer in the apartment • Calm, clean and cozy atmosphere The bedroom includes: • Bed • Desk • Small closet • Mirror • Warm and cozy decoration You have access to the rest of the apartment. There’s a TV with a smart player so you can watch any streaming you’d like in your free time. I live with Paprika, my sweet orange cat 🐱, so you must be comfortable living with a pet.

I am looking for: A calm, clean and respectful female roommate for a 3 to 6 month stay. This would be ideal for a student, professional, newcomer to Montreal, or someone looking for temporary housing.

I’m in my 30s, mostly work at home, I enjoy writing, reading, video games, and am a bit of a geek. Actually, a huge one. You’ll see when you move in that I have cute stuff everywhere related to my passions. During summer, I’m always outside; I know MTL almost like I was born here (I was not) been living here for 11 years now, and if you need some advice on where to go or what to visit, I’ll gladly be your guide. During winter, I’m more at home, and I usually go to the gym, which I don’t in summer because I’m too busy catching a tan.
