LOCATION: The house is located in a family-oriented residential neighbourhood, with walkable access to multiple grocery and convenience stores, and connected via multiple major bus routes right nearby (+ close to Mooney’s Bay beach and Hog’s Back Falls!)

Uottawa/Algonquin College are both easily accessible by bus, and Carleton University is accessible on foot.

ROOMS & PRICE: We have two rooms available, both furnished with beds/dressers— can be removed on request:

Room 1 (10x9 ft— 875$/month) Room 2 (8x8 ft— 800$/month)

Rent is all-inclusive (utilities + high-speed internet)
