Looking for a FEMALE roommate, preferably another student, to join me in my 2 bedroom in NDG, 6 minute walk from Villa Maria. The room can easily fit a Double bed, multiple dressers and a desk, and gets beautiful natural light from the big window.

Utilities are not included, the unit is air conditioned, includes dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and a balcony with a shared backyard.

I have allergies so please, no pets.

I am a 23 y/o Concordia student who is going into my final year as a Film Studies major. I love art, music, movies and TV and would love to have a roommate with similar interests so that we could enjoy my vast collection of physical media (Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes, DVDs) together! I work retail at a second hand store part time as well as studying full time, I enjoy my downtime at home and have occasional company but am overall quiet, very clean and very respectful of shared spaces. I hope that my new roommate will be too!
