I need someone ASAP to take over my lease with my friend as I am transferring universities -6 min walk to Safeway Garneau -10 min walk to HUB mall -1 3pc bathroom, 3 spacious bedrooms with large egress windows -10 month lease for $2250/month (or $750/month split between 3 people) UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED!! -The lease will be signed in late july-early august but don’t worry about paying till September 1st! -Has: private hot water on demand, private washer & dryer (no need to share with other floors!), Private Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator. -Private entrance (no worries about bothering upper-floor neighbors) -looking for people who are: Responsible Clean Respectful LGBTQ friendly
