Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to rent one bedroom in my two-bed, two-bath condo, available as of August 1.

Rent: $1,250 per month including all utilities.

Security deposit: $625 (refundable).

I’m ideally looking for a 1-year lease but am open to discussing other options. There would also be an opportunity to shift to month-to-month after the initial lease period.

Female, 30s, working in admin, introverted but friendly. I work Mon–Fri at an office downtown, so I’m gone from around 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays.

As far as co-habiting, I’m happy to match your vibe. If you prefer to keep your headphones in and do your own thing, that’s totally fine, or if you want to create a more social environment and do things like cook and watch tv together, I’m open to that! I like to connect with the people I live with while also respecting each other’s privacy, personal space, and independence.

What I’m looking for is someone considerate and responsible who will share in communal tasks like keeping the place clean and tidy.

I have two cats so you must be pet-friendly but, unfortunately, can’t have any cats or dogs of your own due to Strata limits.
