The basement suite is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in North Burnaby. SFU and BCIT are both about a 10-minute drive away, and Holdom SkyTrain Station is approximately a 20-minute walk, with bus routes nearby for an easy commute. Safeway, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart, and more are a 2-3 min drive away.

The room is in a shared basement suite with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The suite includes in-suite laundry, a dishwasher, full-sized fridge, mini-fridge, microwave, and plenty of shared storage space. Rent includes utilities and high-speed internet, and street parking is available.

We’re looking for a respectful, clean, and considerate student (or anyone around our age) who wants a friendly home environment. We enjoy the occasional movie night or shared dinner together but also value everyone’s privacy and quiet time. I’m a 24-year-old woman in my fourth year at SFU studying Psychology and also working part-time. The other two roommates are 23 and 27 and work full-time in the film industry. We’re a friendly, respectful household that enjoys the occasional movie night or shared dinner while also respecting each other’s space.
