It’s a basement suite in a 3-storey house with private entrance. It’s located at the Oakridge area. It’s a nice cozy place. 2-minute walk to Main St & 41st Ave bus stops (direct buses to UBC, Joyce Station, Downtown Vancouver, and more). 15-minute walk to Langara College and 10-minute walk to Queen Elizabeth Park. The suite have two rooms. The bigger one is $970 the other one is $950.
