I genuinely love this apartment and neighbourhood! The unit itself is very spacious and beautiful. It’s inside a victorian style home with high ceilings and tons of space, the bedroom faces a private backyard and gets a lot of natural light. Steps away from some great coffee shops, restaurants, local and chain groceries stores, thrift stores, library, Parkdale is an incredible neighbourhood in Toronto. Roncesvalles, Ossington, and the lake are walking distance. You are also steps away from King and Queen street cars that take you into the heart of downtown, and a 5 minute walk from a bus that takes you up to the 2 line. Radiator heating on in the winter, window AC unit for summer. Portable washing machine in bathroom suitable for medium sized loads. The landlord is very responsive and has been helpful, the house is quiet. My roommate will be taking some of the living room furniture with her, so there will be some space to bring your own if you have. I take a lot of pride curating this into a beautiful and cozy apartment, and would love to find someone who will maintain and appreciate the space.

You would be living with me! I’m a woman in my late 20’s who works in film and at a restaurant. I grew up in Vancouver and moved here a few years ago for grad school in Political Science. I love watching movies, doing yoga, reading, thrifting. I enjoy my personal time but I’m down to chat or watch something together. I’m pretty easy going, quiet and tidy. I hope to find someone similar who loves this place as much as I do!
