I’ve been in the unit since January 16 and have a one year lease that you would be required to add yourself to. it’s located close to downtown and other interconnected areas and neighbourbood pathways and it’s just a short walk to walk to walk down to see the water and view incredible sights along the Gorge waterfront

Quite building I am 59 and just recently relocated from Calgary and Would like to have a better chance to save expenses by splitting them with another gay male roommate who is respectful, responsible and employed and is quiet and doesn’t party and likes cats because I have one I don’t care about cannibis or smoking just no smoking in unit or on balcony just outside clear of building.
