Hello there!
This room is situated in a beautiful and bright apartment close to distillery district and George Brown Waterfront Campus.
Walking distance to CN Tower and half an hour walk to Eaton Centre.
The room is furnished has a bunkbed that you’re welcome to use if you don’t want to buy one! But you can also buy a new bed if you’d like.
There’s an extra room we use for my parents when they visit.
About the roomies
You will be living with my brother, a friendly and professional architect/musician 35 year old Male. He Speaks Spanish and English.
I want a serious, calm and respectful professional or mature student with at least 3 references.
Only someone who’s dedicated to career or studies and who is extremely, calm considerate and tidy.
Not a working-from home person and definitely a Non-smoker.
My brother has have pet allergies, so can’t share an apartment with someone who brings pets, even though we love them!
