Very close to mapleview and not too far from downtown either. Basement apartment, pretty much fully furnished. Photos available upon request, the place is a bit messy right now as i figure some things out. Small windows but good lighting throughout. Lovely area and nice neighbourhood. Full fridge, oven, and my own microwave but no dishwasher.

I am currently unemployed due to some health issues so i am home a lot, I am cannabis friendly because of my health issues i use it but i always go outside because of the apartment and my animals. I have 2 pets, an older german shepherd girl named Kelsey and a little 1 year old boy black short hair cat named Binx. They are both very sweet and friendly with females my cat loves everyone but my dog can sometimes be nervous with men. I just went through a breakup aswell so looking for a possible friend to move in and thrive at life together lol. Also the upstairs neighbours is a lovely younger woman and she is very nice and easy to get along with.
