We have one private room available for rent in a 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse in the New Lawrence Heights neighbourhood! The home is bright, spacious, and spread across 3 levels, so everyone has plenty of room and privacy. It features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a rec room, an office, and lots of storage. We’re just steps from Yorkdale Mall and Yorkdale station, with a park right across the street and easy access to Highway 401, Allen Road, grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities. It’s a great spot for students or young professionals looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-connected place to call home.

We all have busy schedules with school and enjoy having a comfortable, quiet home to come back to.
