I’m looking for a roommate for a clean, quiet 2-bedroom basement apartment in London, Ontario. The room is available for either August or September move-in, giving you some flexibility.

The apartment includes:

• Utilities included in the rent
• In-suite washer and dryer
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Shared living room
• Parking available
• Quiet, safe neighbourhood with easy access to public transit, grocery stores, restaurants, and other everyday amenities.

The standard room is available, but if you’d prefer the larger bedroom, I’m happy to switch rooms for an additional $50/month.

One of the best parts of the apartment is my friendly Golden Retriever. He’s young, well-behaved, and absolutely loves people and cuddles, so if you’re a dog lover, you’ll have a built-in best friend!

I’m looking for someone who will treat the apartment like home, keep shared spaces tidy, and communicate well so we can both enjoy a comfortable living environment.
