685/m canadian, all bills included, and well maintained. Walking distance to University of Windsor, and only 1 bus transer from Saint Clair College. Access to 1C, 2, and 3 buses within short walk. Access to Sandwich street within short walk. No smoking is allowed on the property, however there is an empty lot close by that is safe to smoke at.

12 month lease, subletting is allowed.

Students and young workers preferred.
