The unit has brand-new appliances, including a washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Both bedrooms and the living room have windows that let in plenty of natural light.
I’m an incoming TMU graduate student and will likely be spending a lot of my time on campus. At home, I like to keep things clean and organized, especially the shared spaces, and I’m looking for someone who feels the same. I prefer a quieter environment, but I am absolutely ok with having guests over!
I also have two friendly adult cats who are both spayed/neutered. They’re well-behaved and really like attention. Unfortunately, I’m not able to have additional pets in the unit.
