Lovely area south Osborne. Basement suite large bathroom walk in closet large bedroom fridge counter microwave no stove large sitting room washer and dryer need to share shovelling. Owner needs to access washer and dryer once a week. There is a cat on main floor. Looking for clean and quiet tenant.
