About the room

At the corner of Church and Shuter, just minutes walking distance from the subway, Eaton Centre, waterfront, grocery stores. Room is 8x10ft and includes a twin bed and 8 cubbies for closet space that I will be leaving behind. Looking for tenants to take over the second and third bedroom, at $1,125 and $1,175 plus utilities. There are 3 bathrooms in the unit, so each tenant gets their own private bathroom, only need to share the shower.

About the roomies

One of the existing tenants will be remaining in the largest bedroom. She is a 23 year old graduate of TMU, currently interning at CIBC. She is very respectful, and prefers a clean space, but guests are more than welcome to visit.
