Room is just off the front entry in a clean and spacious open concept house. Large island for cooking or baking! Very spacious backyard with a fire pit in a quiet, well established neighbourhood. Parking is available on the garage pad as well as the street and grocery stores are just a few minutes away.

Busy professional father to 4 girls, 3 younger and 1 in college, that come to visit on a regular basis. This is not a party house and I’m looking to share the space with a clean, respectable and professional individual. I do work out of town so you would have the house to yourself while I am away.
