We are looking for a 4th roommate to join our house in University Heights! The location is amazing, within easy walking distance to the University of Calgary, making it perfect for students or interns.

LOCATION: University Heights (Walking distance to U of C, Foothills Hospital, and transit) LEASE: 1-year lease starting September 1st RENT: $700/month + utilities (split equally)

HOUSE HIGHLIGHTS

THE ROOM: Unfurnished downstairs bedroom with a bright window, comfortable carpet, and a closet.

THE LAYOUT: 4-bedroom house split into two floors. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen upstairs, and another 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen downstairs.

PRIVACY: Because your room is downstairs, you will be sharing the newly renovated downstairs kitchen and downstairs bathroom with only ONE other roommate!

SHARED SPACES: Both living rooms (upstairs and downstairs) are shared by everyone and feature a couch, TV, ping pong table, and football.

About the roomies

You will be living with three chill, respectful roomies: one doing an engineering internship, one studying at the University of Calgary in Kinesiology, and one studying at SAIT for culinary school and working. We keep a clean, respectful home, but are always down to hang out or chat in the shared living areas, and we don’t mind having friends over!
