Just a room with a nice queen bed, not overly large. Is beside bathroom, so noise might be an issue. Kitchen and Living room and downstairs library, laundry are shared areas. Backyard is nice in the summer, deck and gardening with BBQ are summer activities. The atmosphere is calm, carefree and quite except when its not. The area of West Flat is not close to downtown or schools but bus stop is close by and small convenience store and rivery park as well as pathway circling the city.

We are a couple, late fifties early 60s work in and out of home. I do programming from home, so mostly there doing remote work. We enjoy tv and movies, books, internet and spending time outdoors or travelling. Looking for quiet and reserved, friendly sociable female to share house with. Our kids are grown and living on their own. Quiet most of time, daytime the stereo sometimes gets loud (talking about my generation). Cooking is always a pleasure, thus room & board and can accomodate vegetarian/vegan. Feel free to cook as well, always enjoy tasting different cuisine.
