The Beaches / Leslieville are a really nice area, with parks, boardwalk, the lake, restaurants and much more.

Newly renovated spacious bedroom (13’x12)’ with queen size bed. The room is located on the second floor, with an open concept closet, lots of storage, dresser and desk, and a window facing east with lots of sunlight exposure in the morning.

The house has lots of space, a dining room, living room, front yard, back yard, space for you to start your own garden if you wish, and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove.

$1,100 all inclusive, wireless internet, utilities, washer, house cleaning supplies. The house has central air-conditioning. Parking available for an extra $110.

Plenty of parking and easy public transit access. The nearest major intersection is Coxwell & Dundas. The house is one block north of Queens St with a 24hr street car and 6 minutes by bus from the Coxwell subway station.

Looking for a mature and professional roommate, tidy and properly clean up after themselves, working outside the home or attending school in person. Respectful and quiet after hours. This room is for one person, not for a couple.- PLEASE, NO DRUGS, NO VAPPING, NO SMOKERS, EVEN IF YOU SMOKE OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. The house is kept scent free.

About the roomies

Professional, working full time and very busy with personal projects, friendly, clean, positive attitude and easy going. Looking for the same.

Prefer someone who is environmentally conscious, you don’t have to be vegan or vegetarian but agree not to bring meat into the house. Please ask if you are not sure how that works. This hasn’t been an issue with past roommates.
