Fully furnished private bedroom in a 2-bed apartment. The room includes a twin bed, desk + chair, dresser, floor fan, and closet space! Photos are from before moving in - it’s a bit more lived-in now.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, couch, and dining table. Unit also includes a parking space (included in rent) which would be yours since I don’t have a vehicle. Unit also has a piano and balcony space :). Washer/dryer is in the building and is coin operated. Toilet has a bidet!

Total rent for the unit is 1900, so 950 each. Rent includes heat, water, and electric, as well as the parking spot. Internet is currently 55 total (27.50/each) until the end of the year, then we will have to get a new plan. Lease term is 1 year.

Location is close to bus stops and about 15 minutes to the CTrain. Very close to 4th Street and 17th Avenue, and the neighbourhood is quite quiet and friendly while also close to downtown. There is a park and a library within walking distance!

The unit is on the 4th floor of a stair-only building so unfortunately is not accessible. No pets, no smoking. Because the room only has a twin bed it is for singles only/no couples.

I’m pretty introverted and value a clean and peaceful living environment. My current roommate is moving out at the end of August, so I would be looking for someone to move in September 1st.
