There are 2 full bathrooms and a two piece bathroom in the space for rent in a townhouse shared with one other person, the owner.

It is a completely non-smoking property (townhouse complex). It is strictly enforced.

About the roomies
Currently living alone with my two cats. I don’t use the space in the basement so considering renting it out if I find a roommate that is a good fit. The only space we would share is the laundry area in the bathroom where you have exclusive use of the tub and shower.
I am super quiet and looking for the same.
